AI that runs on your servers and keeps your data there
For companies with strict security, privacy or compliance needs. I set up open-weight models on your own infrastructure and connect them to the systems you already use.
Some data can't go to a cloud AI provider
Legal, medical, financial or confidential data often can't be sent to an outside API. That shouldn't mean going without AI. Open-weight models are now good enough for many business tasks, and they can run entirely inside your network.

What I do
Choosing the model
I compare open-weight models on your real tasks and pick the smallest one that does the job well.
Hardware and serving stack
I size the hardware, on premise or in your private cloud, and set up the serving stack for speed and reliability.
Connecting your systems
The model gets a secure internal API and connectors to your data, so your apps and workflows can use it.
Example use cases
Confidential document search
Ask questions across contracts, reports or records without the data leaving your network.
Regulated industries
Use AI in healthcare, finance or legal work where data residency rules apply.
Isolated environments
Run AI where there is no reliable internet connection or where the network is air-gapped.
How it works
- 01
Requirements
We define the tasks, the data, the security rules and the expected load.
- 02
Model evaluation
I test candidate models on your real tasks and compare quality, speed and cost.
- 03
Deployment
I set up the hardware and serving stack and connect your systems.
- 04
Handover
Your team gets documentation, monitoring and a plan for model updates.
Frequently asked questions
- Are open-weight models good enough?
- For many business tasks, such as classification, extraction, summaries and search over your documents, yes. Where a task needs the strongest models, Private AI can be combined with Cloud AI for data that is allowed to leave.
- What hardware do we need?
- It depends on the model size and how many people use it, from a single GPU server to a small cluster. I size it during the requirements step.
- Can it run in our cloud account instead of our own servers?
- Yes. Private AI can run in your own private cloud account, as long as the data stays in infrastructure you control.
